In the following guide we will show you how to connect the Binance smart chain network to your metamask wallet.
Metamask is a multi-network Etheruem wallet. It enables users to access their ethereum and second-layer ethereum wallets through a user friendly browser extension or mobile app. Metamask is the most commonly supported wallet by new cryptocurrency projects to allow users to interact with applications.
Installing and setting up MetaMask
Goto the Metamask download page here. Metamask is available for Chrome, Firefox, iOS and Android. In this example we will use the firefox browser extension.
Once installed click Create Wallet. Make sure you write down your seed phrase, this must be stored in a safe and secure place as it is your backup, in case of device loss or damage.
But bare in mind that if anyone was to get hold of your seed phrase they can also access, and therefore steal your funds.
Metamask will now ask you to confirm your seed phrase, this ensures you have written it down correctly.
Once this has been successfully completed your new wallet is ready to go!
Configuring the Wallet
The standard default installation of Metamask is connected only to the Etheruem Network. To add additional networks you will need to goto the Settings page as shown below:
Now select Networks from the settings page and select add network

Now you will need to manually enter the details of the Binance network
